Returns and Exchanges:

Returns and exchanges will be facilitated under the following circumstances:

• Damaged in Transit or Incorrect Product: In the event that your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please notify us within 48 Hrs of receipt.
  
  
• Email us at sales@forevernoor.com to initiate the process.

• Quality Concerns: If you have concerns about the quality of the bag you received, please send us a photograph of the product. Our Quality Control team will review the photo to determine whether the return is approved. If we feel the quality is not up to the mark from the photo references, you can courier the piece back to us or we can arrange a pickup for the same at INR 190/-and deliver the fresh piece of the same product. The courier dispatch of the new piece from our side shall be free. No exchange shall be done in case the customer does not like the style of the bag / shape or for any such similar reasons. 

• Unworn Condition: To be eligible for returns or exchanges, the bag must be in its original condition, unworn, with the original packaging, and the barcode / pricing tag must not be tampered with.

Return Process:

• Notify us within 48 hours of receipt by emailing sales@forevernoor.com

• Provide a photograph of the damaged or incorrect product for Quality Control review.

• Once authorized, kindly courier us the product back (charges to be borne by the customer).

• Upon receiving the damaged or incorrect product, we will dispatch the replacement item (charges to be borne by Forever Noor).

Refunds:

Refunds will be issued under the following circumstances:

• Packages Lost in Transit: If your package is lost during transit, a refund will be processed. NO REFUND WILL BE PROVIDED IN ANY OTHER CASE.

No Refunds Will Be Given in the Following Cases:

• Incorrect or Outdated Delivery Address: Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and up-to-date.

• Failed Delivery Attempts: After 2 failed delivery attempts by our courier agent.

• Recipient Refusal: If the package is refused by the recipient.

• Sizing Issues: Please review our size guides carefully before making a purchase.

• Used or Damaged Returns: Products returned in used or damaged condition will not be eligible for exchange. 

• Minor Color and Design Variation: As our bags are handmade and incorporate materials with slight variations from website photographs may occur.

• Non-Faulty or Non-Damaged Products: Refunds will not be provided for non-faulty or non-damaged products.

 All bags sold on our official website, www.forevernoor.com, are guaranteed authentic. We cannot comment on the authenticity of items not purchased from our official website.

Cancellations:

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled. We kindly request that you place your order mindfully, as each Forever Noor bag is carefully handcrafted and production begins upon order receipt.
