Wholesale & Custom Manufacturing

We offer custom handbag manufacturing based on your designs and specifications. Before accepting any project, our team will carefully evaluate your design to determine its feasibility, production requirements, and whether it aligns with our manufacturing capabilities. As every design is unique, we reserve the right to decline projects that fall outside our scope of expertise or production capacity.

A standard sampling charge of INR 4,500 per product is applicable for all custom developments. The sampling fee covers product development, sourcing of materials, pattern making, and craftsmanship involved in creating your prototype.

The standard sampling timeline is 2–3 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design and material availability.

Once the sample has been approved, the minimum production order is:

• 20 pieces per style
• 10 pieces per colour, per style

Please note that we do not undertake production orders below the above-mentioned MOQ.

Upon approval of the sample and receipt of payment, production typically takes 4–6 weeks. Production timelines may vary slightly depending on order quantity and material availability.

If you wish to evaluate the quality of our existing products before placing a wholesale order, we can send you sample pieces. The following terms apply:

• A refundable security deposit of INR 4,500 per sample is required.
• The sample is provided strictly for quality evaluation purposes.
• The sample must be returned to us within 2 working days from the date of delivery.
• Once we receive the sample back in its original condition, the security deposit will be refunded.
• Customers are responsible for arranging and bearing the return courier charges.

Wholesale pricing is determined only after the sample has been evaluated and finalised. The final price depends on several factors, including:

• Raw material selection
• Hardware and trims
• Construction complexity
• Embellishments
• Finishing techniques
• Production quantity

Once the sample is approved, we will share the final wholesale pricing before commencing production.

Forever Noor operates on a 100% advance payment basis for all wholesale and custom manufacturing orders. Production will commence only after the full payment has been received. If these terms do not align with your business requirements, we may not be the right manufacturing partner for your project.
